Your partnership agreement with Optimal Health. We've written these terms to be clear and fair - here's what we both agree to.

Your Wellness Partner

We provide tools and insights to support your health journey - but we're not a replacement for medical professionals.

Your Data, Your Control

You own your health data. We process it to provide the service, but you can export or delete it anytime.

Responsible Use

Use the platform for its intended purpose. Don't harm others or abuse our systems.

Fair Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.

Agreement To Terms

By creating an account or using Optimal Health, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email and give you time to review before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

What We Provide

Optimal Health is a comprehensive wellness platform that helps you track, understand, and optimize your health:

Health Tracking

Track sleep, recovery, nutrition, hydration, supplements, and symptoms. Integrate with WHOOP, Oura Ring, and Apple Health.

AI Health Coaching

Personalized insights and recommendations from Lyv, our AI health coach, based on your unique health data.

Wellness Center Access

Book appointments with practitioners and access equipment like hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy, and cryotherapy.

Data Analysis

Upload lab results, track biomarkers over time, and discover correlations between your health metrics.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll notify you in advance of planned maintenance whenever possible.

Your Account

To use Optimal Health, you need to create an account. Here's what we need from you:

Your Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent for clinic use)
  • Provide accurate, complete information when registering
  • Keep your password secure and don't share account access
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Keep your account information up to date

You may only have one account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended or terminated.

Acceptable Use

Help us keep Optimal Health a positive, safe platform for everyone. You agree not to:

Don't Misuse The Service

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer or scrape our systems
  • Interfere with other users' experience

Don't Harm Others

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Impersonate other people or organizations
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect WHOOP, Oura, Apple Health, or other services, you must also comply with their terms of service. Data accuracy depends on those third-party devices.

Not Medical Advice

Optimal Health is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

Our platform provides educational information and personalized insights based on your data. However:

  • AI-generated insights are based on algorithms, not reviewed by doctors for your specific case
  • You should not make medical decisions based solely on our recommendations
  • In emergencies, contact emergency services immediately - not us
  • Our equipment sessions are wellness services, not medical treatments
  • Lab result interpretations are educational, not diagnostic

By using the service, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and assume responsibility for your health decisions.

Payments & Subscriptions

We offer various subscription plans and credit packages. Here's how billing works:

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price Changes

We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increases. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time, but you're not charged again.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll try a few times and notify you. Your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your Data & Our IP

You Own Your Data

All health data you provide remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your account.

We Own Our Platform

The Optimal Health platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of it.

Anonymized Data

We may use aggregated, anonymized data (that cannot identify you) to improve our AI algorithms and services. This anonymized data is not considered your personal data.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve the platform without any obligation to you. Don't share ideas you want to keep confidential.

Account Termination

You Can Leave Anytime

Delete your account through Settings > Account > Delete Account, or email support@optimal-os.co. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

We May Terminate Access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse other users, or if required by law.

After Termination

When your account is terminated, you lose access immediately. Outstanding fees remain due. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (30-day grace period, then deletion).

Disclaimers & Liability

We work hard to provide a reliable, helpful service, but we need to set some expectations:

"As Is" Service

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy of data, uninterrupted service, or that it will meet all your needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of others' rights.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Try To Resolve First

Before taking legal action, please contact us to try to resolve any disputes informally. We're committed to fair resolution and will work with you in good faith.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
